Online Ordering System That Cut DoorDash Dependency for a SoCal Fruit Shop
Juicy Bouquets Bionicos was paying DoorDash commissions on every order. We built a custom website with an integrated online ordering system and POS connection, giving them direct customer relationships and keeping more of every sale.

The Challenge
Juicy Bouquets had built a loyal local following for their bionicos and fruit bouquets, but their revenue model had a leak: a significant share of orders came through DoorDash, which was taking 15–30% per transaction. They had no way for customers to order directly, no customer data they owned, and no way to run promotions without going through a third-party platform. Every DoorDash order was a missed opportunity to build a direct customer relationship — and a chunk of margin handed over to a platform they didn't control.
Our Solution
We built a custom website with an integrated online ordering system designed for their menu and workflow. The ordering flow was built for mobile — where most of their customers would place orders — with clear menu categories, item customization, and a checkout process that minimizes drop-off. We integrated the system with their POS so orders from the website flow directly into their existing kitchen workflow without a second screen or manual entry. The site also captures customer contact information for future marketing and loyalty programs.

Singh Law HQ was leaving the vendor that built its website, and that site was scheduled to come down while the firm's entire online presence still ran on it. We rebuilt the firm on its own domain as a forty four page search asset and launched five days ahead of the shutdown, with no downtime and every old URL still working.
