Off-the-shelf tools come with assumptions baked in — assumptions about how you run your operations, handle approvals, or track projects. Those assumptions are usually wrong. We build to how your business actually works, not how a product manager in San Francisco thinks it should.
Honest scoping beats overselling
If what you're asking for is more than you need, we'll tell you. If your initial idea won't actually solve the problem you have, we'll say that too. We'd rather scope a project correctly up front than win a deal and leave you with something that misses the mark.

Every service here started with me trying to figure something out
I never really planned on starting a company. LinkTech Solutions started as freelance work. I took on projects because I wanted to learn how things actually worked, and at some point the obvious question showed up: why not turn this into something bigger?
The first client was a website. Building it showed me how many small and newly started businesses were stuck without a real online presence, and how much of a difference having one made. So I built more of them. A few projects in, I got more interested in what happened after launch. How do people actually find the site? How does that visibility turn into leads, customers, and revenue? That question is what pushed LinkTech into SEO.
Around the same time I started automating the repetitive parts of my own workflow. That led into automation work for clients, then AI automation, then AI agents and the tooling ecosystem that keeps moving underneath all of it. Every service on this site arrived the same way: I tested something, broke it, rebuilt it, learned how it actually worked, and then figured out where it solved a real business problem. Nothing is on the list because it sounded good in a pitch.
That's also the standard I hold the company to. I'm not interested in running an agency that collects a signature, sends an invoice, and moves on. If we recommend a website, an automation, a custom system, or an AI workflow, there should be a reason behind it. It should solve a specific problem and produce a result you can measure. If I can't make that case for a project, I'll tell you that instead.

The businesses we work with are usually the ones large agencies overlook and offshore shops can't serve well. There's a lot of business here that deserves better software and better service than that.
