Overview
LinkTech Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at linktechsolutions.io. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site, use our forms and tools, or become a client — how we use it, where it's stored, and the choices you have.
Information You Provide to Us
We collect information you voluntarily submit through this site:
- Contact and quote forms— your name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), the service you're interested in, budget range (optional), and the message or project description you submit.
- Free website report— your email address and, if you have one, your business website's URL.
- Checkout — if you purchase a plan, your name, email, phone number, and payment details are collected by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Scheduling — if you book a call through Calendly, the name, email, and meeting details you enter there.
Information Collected Automatically
We use analytics to understand how visitors use this site — which pages are viewed, which buttons and forms are used, and roughly where visitors come from:
- Google Analytics (GA4) — uses cookies to measure page views, events (such as clicking a call button or submitting a form), device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. Google Analytics does not log or store full IP addresses.
- Google Ads conversion tracking — when we run advertising campaigns, Google may set cookies to measure whether an ad click led to a form submission or purchase.
- Vercel Analytics — privacy-friendly, aggregate traffic measurement that does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
- Microsoft Clarity — we partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with this website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. Session replay records page views, mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, and page content so we can play back an anonymized reconstruction of a visit and see where the site is confusing. This usage data is captured using first-party and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of our services and online activity. We also use this information for site optimization, fraud and security purposes, and advertising. What you type into form fields and drop-down menus is masked before it leaves your browser and is never uploaded to Clarity, and the content of your generated free website report is masked as well. For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses your data, visit the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Web fonts are self-hosted with our site — visiting this site does not send font requests to any third-party CDN.
How We Use Your Information
Information you submit is used to:
- Respond to your inquiry, quote request, or project request
- Generate and deliver the free website report you requested
- Process payments and provide the services you purchase
- Follow up on conversations you initiate with us
- Send you an automatic confirmation that we received your message
Analytics and session replay data is used to improve the site and measure the effectiveness of our marketing. We do not add you to email lists without your consent, and we never sell or rent your personal information for money. The analytics and advertising tools described above do use website usage data for advertising measurement and optimization, which California law can treat as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at any time using the controls in the Cookies and Your Choices section below.
How We Store Your Information
Form submissions and free-report requests are stored in our secure lead database, hosted on Supabase, and are also delivered to our team by email via Resend, a transactional email service. Payment records are held by Stripe. We retain this information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide services, and meet our business and legal record-keeping obligations.
Third-Party Services
This website relies on the following service providers, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Supabase — hosts our lead database.
- Resend — processes contact form submissions and sends confirmation emails.
- Stripe — processes payments for our plans.
- Calendly — powers call scheduling. The Calendly widget may set its own cookies when you open it.
- Google — provides Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement, as described above.
- Microsoft — provides Microsoft Clarity session replay and heatmaps, and Microsoft Advertising measurement, as described above.
- Vercel — hosts this website and provides cookieless aggregate analytics.
- Anthropic— when you request a free website report, the publicly available content of the website URL you provide is analyzed using Anthropic's Claude AI to generate your report. Your email address is not shared with Anthropic.
Cookies and Your Choices
Cookies on this site are used for analytics and advertising measurement — not for accounts, logins, or content personalization. You can control them in several ways:
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings — the site works fully without them.
- Opt out of Google Analytics across all websites with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Manage Google's ad personalization at Google Ads Settings.
- Opt out of Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising telemetry through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info by selecting Microsoft.
Global Privacy Control: if your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an opt-out request. Microsoft Clarity session replay is not loaded at all on your visit, so no recording of your session is created. Microsoft also honors GPC independently.
Do Not Track:some browsers send an older “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common industry standard for responding to it, so this site does not change its behavior when one is received. Use the GPC signal or the opt-out tools above instead.
Your Rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at contact@linktechsolutions.io. We will honor requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to records we're required to keep (such as payment records). We do not sell personal information for money.
California Residents
We are a California business and most of our visitors are in California. Whether or not the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to a company our size in a given year, we honor these requests from California residents:
- Know and access — ask what personal information we hold about you and request a copy.
- Delete — ask us to delete what we hold, subject to records we are required to keep.
- Correct — ask us to fix personal information that is inaccurate.
- Opt out of sharing for advertising — send a Global Privacy Control signal, use the opt-out tools below, or email us and we will apply it manually.
- No retaliation — we will never charge you a different price or give you a worse experience for exercising any of these rights.
Email contact@linktechsolutions.io with the request and the email address or phone number you used, so we can find your records.
Children's Privacy
This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 years of age.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time — for example, when we add a new tool or service provider. Any changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
