Med Spa Website Design

Med Spa Website Design That Books Consultations

We build medical spa websites for nurse injectors, physician-led practices, and multi-location groups: treatment pages that rank, a before-and-after gallery with the consents handled, pricing and membership pages that answer the question, and online booking wired to Aesthetic Record, Boulevard, Zenoti, or Vagaro. Less stock photo, more booked consults.

What We Build

Med spa web design that handles the full consultation journey

Every medical spa website we ship is purpose-built for the way people actually choose an aesthetic provider: search a treatment, check results and reviews, look for a price, research the injector, and book from a phone. No template with a stock photo and your phone number pasted in.

Treatment Pages That Rank

One page per treatment you offer: Botox and neurotoxins, dermal fillers, laser hair removal, IPL and photofacials, microneedling, chemical peels, body contouring, and whatever else is on your menu. Each page answers what the treatment does, who it suits, what to expect, and what it costs, then moves the reader to a consultation. This is where most of a med spa website's non-branded search traffic comes from.

Consent-Handled Before-and-After Galleries

Results photos sell aesthetic treatments better than any copy, and they are also patient health information. We build galleries filtered by treatment and area, with a documented consent record for every image, watermarking, and a takedown process, so the gallery works as marketing without becoming a compliance problem.

Online Booking Wired to Your Software

Consultation and treatment booking that lands in the system you already run. We integrate with Aesthetic Record, Boulevard, Zenoti, Vagaro, and Mangomint most often, using the platform's own booking widget or API where one exists. A client books a consult on her phone at 10pm; your front desk sees it in the schedule the next morning.

Membership, Package & Financing Pages

A clear page for your membership tiers, treatment packages, and financing options (CareCredit, Cherry, PatientFi, or whichever you offer), with the terms stated plainly. Clients who cannot find a price assume it is out of reach and move on. Stating it up front filters for people ready to book and cuts the pricing calls your staff answers all day.

Provider Credentials & Medical Director

Aesthetic clients are choosing who puts a needle in their face, and they research it. Provider bios with credentials, training, and specialties, a visible medical director, and a page on your safety standards do more for conversion than another stock photo of a woman touching her cheek.

HIPAA-Aware Intake and Forms

Protected health information never travels through plain email or a generic form builder. Contact forms collect only name, phone, and treatment interest; medical history, consents, and photos go through a HIPAA-compliant intake vendor or your practice software's portal, with a Business Associate Agreement in place. We map which is which on every project so nothing slips.

Who This Is For

Built for med spas that need booked consultations, not a prettier brochure.

If your practice is invisible for 'med spa near me', your gallery lives on Instagram instead of your site, or new clients have to call during business hours to book, this is the kind of website design for med spas that fixes that.

Nurse-injector and solo-provider med spas that want a steadier flow of new clients
Physician-led aesthetic practices that need credentials and safety front and center
Laser, skin, and body-contouring clinics with a specific treatment mix to rank for
Multi-location groups that need per-location pages and location-aware booking
Rebrands and provider transitions: a new medical director, a name change, a partner buys in
Practices on a template builder or a locked agency platform, ready for a site they actually own

Not the right fit:skincare product brands, aesthetic device manufacturers, franchise marketing portals, or practices unwilling to keep treatment pages, pricing, and the gallery current after launch. We'll tell you on the discovery call if you're in the wrong place.

FAQ

Common questions about med spa website design

How much does med spa website design cost?

Two paths. Our managed website plans start from $175/mo plus a $500 one-time setup and go live in 14 days; that covers a modern med spa site with treatment pages, a consent-handled gallery, provider bios, a pricing and membership page, online booking embed, hosting, and ongoing updates. Larger custom builds (deep booking integrations, multi-location city pages, custom intake, membership billing) are fixed-price between $3,000 and $15,000 depending on scope. Either way you get a written quote after a 30-minute discovery call, and no hourly billing surprises.

How long until my med spa website launches?

Managed-plan sites go live in 14 days from the day we have your treatment menu, photos with consents, and booking login. Custom builds usually run 4 to 8 weeks depending on how many integrations and locations are involved. Rebrands and migrations where we are carrying over existing pages and search rankings sit in the middle. We work in parallel with your practice manager so launch does not depend on you carving out large blocks of time.

Can clients book consultations online through the website?

Yes. We integrate with Aesthetic Record, Boulevard, Zenoti, Vagaro, and Mangomint most often, and can work with others that expose a booking widget or API. Depending on the platform, clients either book a real time slot that lands directly in your schedule, or submit a request that your front desk confirms. On the discovery call we will tell you exactly what your specific platform supports so there are no surprises after launch.

Will the website be HIPAA-compliant?

The pieces that touch protected health information will be. The marketing site itself (treatment pages, bios, pricing) does not handle PHI, so it does not need to be HIPAA-covered. Intake forms, medical history, consents, and client photos route through a HIPAA-compliant intake vendor or your practice software's portal with a signed Business Associate Agreement, never through plain email or a generic form tool. We document which components are which so your compliance advisor can sign off.

How do you handle before-and-after photos legally?

Every image in the gallery is tied to a signed photo release, stored with the client record, and the gallery supports takedown within a business day if a client withdraws consent. We watermark images, strip identifying metadata, and keep the gallery organized by treatment and area so it is useful to prospective clients without making anyone identifiable beyond what they consented to. If you already have a consent process, we build around it; if you do not, we help you set one up before launch.

Do you build treatment pages, or just a services menu?

Treatment pages. A single 'Services' page that lists injectables, lasers, and facials does not rank for the searches people actually type, which are about the treatment: lip filler, Botox for forehead lines, laser hair removal cost, microneedling for acne scars. We build one page per treatment you offer, written to answer the client's question, explain your approach, state the price range, and move them to booking. The menu page stays as an index; the treatment pages do the search work.

Can the site advertise treatment prices and specials?

Yes, and it should. We build a pricing page with per-treatment starting prices, package and membership tiers, and a specials section you can update yourself for seasonal promotions and new-client offers. We keep the wording within what your state's medical board and the product manufacturers allow, and we flag anything that reads like a medical claim you cannot substantiate.

Do you also handle local SEO and Google Business Profile?

Yes, as a standalone service or bundled with the build. Every med spa website we ship lands with the technical foundation done: fast mobile load, schema for your practice and providers, clean canonicals, and treatment pages that target real searches. For ongoing work we run local SEO as a monthly retainer covering Google Business Profile optimization, a review-request playbook, local citations, and content. See our SEO service page for details.

Can you migrate my existing med spa site without losing rankings?

Yes. We map every existing URL to its new home with 301 redirects, preserve or improve the schema markup, regenerate the sitemap, and run a structured pre-launch and post-launch check in Google Search Console so we catch anything Google starts treating differently after the swap. Sites coming off a template builder, a locked agency platform, or a heavy WordPress plugin stack are the most common migrations. We review your current site and tell you what is at risk before you commit.
