A Riverside Tax Practice Hidden Behind a Browser Warning, Rebuilt to Be Found and Understood
Singh and Sons Tax had a five page WordPress site whose security certificate expired in January, so for eight months Chrome warned visitors away before they saw a word of it. We rebuilt it as a thirty page site on a new domain that matches the firm's name, with a page for every service in every city it serves, plain language answers in place of slogans, and a consultation form built to bring in the right leads.

The Challenge
Singh and Sons Tax is a Riverside tax practice serving business owners, trusts and estates. Karmann Singh wanted more leads and a site clients could actually read. The old site was a five page WordPress build whose security certificate expired on 9 January 2026, so every browser showed a full screen security warning before it loaded. Behind the warning: every service in one list on the home page, no city pages for the four cities the practice serves, generic copy like "Look no further!", and the firm's real estate specialty mentioned once. Technically it was thin: a sitemap last updated in 2023, structured data on two pages, 30 to 42 scripts per page, a booking page with no heading, and low contrast text on every page. The title tag even misspelled the firm as "Singh and Son's", and Google's AI answer repeated it.
Our Solution
We rebuilt the site on singhandsonstax.com, a domain that matches the firm name and its Google Business Profile, and launched on 18 September. Five pages became thirty: four service pages, four city pages, and sixteen city by service pages across Riverside, Fontana, Corona and San Bernardino. Copy was rewritten in plain language around the situations clients arrive with, and the real estate specialty now leads the site. The consultation form fits on one screen and sorts every lead by type. Every page carries structured data tying the firm, Karmann and the website to one identity, with service, breadcrumb and FAQ markup on twenty four pages, plus an llms.txt summary so AI assistants describe the firm correctly. The site ships as static pages with a third of the old scripts, and accessibility is built in: skip link, one main heading per page, alt text on every image, and a label on every form field.

Every Number Sourced, Every Claim Plain: A Search-First Site for an Inland Empire Solar Broker
Divine Gifts Solar had spent eight years finding customers by knocking on doors, and the Wix site that was supposed to replace that was invisible in search. We rebuilt it as a twenty three page site with a page for each city that actually has demand, a licensing disclosure on every page, and a public source behind every rate figure it prints. Launched four days ahead of the client’s deadline.

Singh Law HQ was leaving the vendor that built its website, and that site was scheduled to come down while the firm's entire online presence still ran on it. We rebuilt the firm on its own domain as a forty four page search asset and launched five days ahead of the shutdown, with no downtime and every old URL still working.
